Pros:
This course area is well maintained and clean. There is some slight elevation to the area. The only "tough" green is how close the #3 basket is to the worker's parking area and the bushes. The tee signs all seem to be in good shape. Navigation here is a no brainer.
Cons:
How low can you go? The baskets all seem to have part of the pole partially buried and are all very low to the ground. The cement tee pads that are there are very small and short. The dirt ones are not that different. Some of the tees don't even get you going in the correct direction. The holes are all short except for #9. A straight shot will get you through the wide open course in record time.
Other Thoughts:
The Fun Factor here is not here after all. This is a good place for kids, but most players will be wondering, "What's the point?" This is so simple of a layout, it remind me of something someone just set up in their backyard. I would not make a planned trip or drive too far to play here.
