Pros:

there is no automovtive traffic to worry about.no lines to wait in for tee times.and a clean tee shot rewards the player with a birdie look on most holes.

Cons:

lots of palmettos to hide a bad tee shot if no spotter is used.and little shade is available on several holes

Other Thoughts:

I love the course and if you play to make par and take few risks, your score will be better than the field average.
