Pros:
Beautiful scenery with trees
Easy beginner course, can see every basket from tee pad
Very short holes
Almost every hole is ace drive
Easy beginner course, can see every basket from tee pad

Cons:
Have to be careful of other park goers on soccer field and play ground
No tee pads, just wooden posts in ground
Tee area can be muddy after rain
No signage, hard to find next tee pad sometimes

Holes 8 and 9 are the most challenging
