-Technical shots

-Nice baskets
-Quick to play, can do 9 holes in about 20 minutes

-Way too much activity going on around the course. Hole 3 plays along a tennis court with a low fence. Hole 7 occasionally has parents watching baseball games for the baseball field next to it. Hole 8 throws along a path with 2 blind corners. Hole 9 throws along the outfield of a baseball field that always seems to be in use.

-Vandalism. Broken glass in places from beer bottles.

-Younger crowd because it is has a middle and high school next door.

-Really don't need many shots here.

-Easy. The only real challenge is when there's people on paths/sitting in fairways watching nearby baseball games

It's a nice course to have nearby but it wouldn't be anything special to go out of your way to play. It's good for people who are just learning. When school is in session, the parking lot next to hole 1 is used for high school parking. Not sure if it is permit parking only during school hours, but it's worth mentioning.
