Pros:
Has potential to be a really fun course.
Cons:
-No tee signs.
-Course layout is terrible but could be really good with a few minor changes.
-Missing a few pins.
-Overgrown a lot.
-Grass and some branches need trimmed.
-Hard to find your way from one hole to the next teepad
-Map is inaccurate

Other Thoughts:
I was pretty bummed when I went out to play this course today. It has so much potential but it doesn't look like anybody has really put any effort into making it a good playable course in a long time. With some new tee signs, a few changes in layout, a little trimming and mowing, and the pins that are missing replaced it could be a really great course.
