Pros:
Looks like it used to be perhaps a par-3 9-hole ball golf course with a driving range, so there are fairways that are very wide on some holes. Although I'm not sure that the layout takes full advantage of that. It can get a little busy but not terribly. Probably earlier in the day is when you can have the whole course to yourself. Every hole has two pins and two pads (most of the time). I think the parkland holes and those fully open on one side are the best: nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17.
Cons:
There's some conflict with nos. 3 and 14, so make sure you have the map on hand (Udisc or course map printout). The track does not naturally flow so well. The no. 15 T is a bit unfair as it is quite blocked to get out and up. On the open fairways that are part of the ball golf course, it can get pretty windy. The tee area of no. 13 can get really wet and boggy (unplayable).
Other Thoughts:
When you come to the park, you are coming to an annex building versus the main portion of the park. The annex building looks like an assembly room type of place. Parking there is okay, but leaving and entering can be a little dicey with fast traffic coming up and down the street. If you park in the main portion of the park, I believe the closest hole is no. 11.
