Pros:
Gorgeous tee boxes and signs. Baskets are in good shape
Cons:
Fairways are no wider than 10-15 feet in most places
Rough is unmanageable, exceedingly easy to lose a disc
Not worth throwing a driver
Really needs some additional areas mowed down

Other Thoughts:
I was visiting from Texas and threw my discs in so I could play with my father in law. This was his first time really out playing and we quit after the first 5 holes. We spent over 30mins searching for our discs. The fairways are so tight that it's near impossible to play and the rough just eats discs whole. Has amazing potential if the county would keep the rough trimmed down and widen the fairways.
