Pros:
Truly excellent use of elevation, and varying hole distances.
Baskets were in acceptable condition (except the back side of hole #2).
Well groomed area.
Cons:
Private property? No one hassled me (5:00 PM on a school day), but it seemed like the coaches at a football practice nearby kept on eyeballing me; it probably helped I had my office clothes on.
Tees are very hard to find (just a little blob of cement in the grass).
Hard to navigate.
The foliage near the basket for #6 is very overgrown, you almost have to play through the parking lot.
Two drives go over a private(?) road. I didn't see any cars drive it (besides my own), but I did see people on bikes or skateboards.
Other Thoughts:
To not get lost, remember the course goes clockwise.
Some blind holes (but not much risk of loosing a disc), just some extra walking to know where your aiming.
