Pros:
- Easy to understand hole layout
- Good signage
- Concrete teepads
- Groundskeeping is quite good; rough is never that rough
- Two 400ft. holes, so not all short
- Baskets all in good condition
- Trashcans throughout the course, so no need to pack any trash
- Sufficient parking on the side of the road bordering the first hole
- Course is part of a larger park with a nice creek and fairly long, paved walking/biking path
Cons:
- Course floods quite easily, and pools accumulate in a way that affect almost every hole on the course
- No water fountains or restrooms (though the nearby gas station is within walking distance)
- The hole strategies aren't that varied (basically hyzer around trees, straight shot, or slightly right finish straight shot, minus hole nine which is an L to the right)
- I don't consider the holes where you could lose discs to the water to be negatives, but for some, especially new players, the water holes are setup in ways where the water is right behind the basket, so that might be annoying
- Nitpick con, but hole 6's basket is weirdly low.
Other Thoughts:
For some this course would not be worth going out of your way to play, but I think this is a very nice course. The upkeep is very good, there's enough variety to keep is fresh, and overall the course is very nice looking between the creek, trees, and grass that weirdly stays alive most of the year.
