-Tunnel shots in woods were challenging and unforgiving, but fun
-Full map at start of course
-Nice scenery
-Town nearby with food and gas

-Signs are basic and not detailed
-No indicators of where the next hole is. Spent several minutes trying to find hole 5. As well, the sign for hole 11 is turned so you can see it, but you throw the opposite way. Skipped hole 18 because I couldn't find the tee.
-Very difficult to find the next tee in various locations
-Most "tees" were either natural (with no indication of where the actual start and end is) or uneven and short slabs of concrete.
-Anytime you go in the knee to waist-high grass, you can expect to spend several minutes searching for it
-Very little variation-woods are all tunnel shots, field shots are all open with grass on both sides
-Lots of water (might be residue from rain, but plants growing in the water indicate it is normal)
-Hole 16 and 17 were unplayable due to construction project.
-Buggy and smells unpleasant

Overall, I was hoping for a nice, probably easy, relaxing course. What I found was a frustrating maze of paths, signs that did nothing to add to the experience, and boring holes with little variation (woods being the exception). As well, the construction going on that kept me from playing holes 16 and 17 only added a final straw to the frustrating visit to this course. I could definitely see the course being a decent course if only a little more care would have been put in to create better tees, useful signs, and indications on where to go next for the next hole. As it is, I will not be going back. At least it was fun seeing the grasshoppers flying around as you walk through the grass looking for your disc.
