Pros:

Easy to navigate.

Cons:

Concrete teepads quite short, some supplemented with rubber mats that don't quite abut the back edge.

Other Thoughts:

Other than the first four holes, which play back-n-forth across gently-sloping open space, number-9, and basket-18, the bulk of the course is located in a dense patch of small/mid-sized trees growing on a fairly flat piece of land. While the average hole length is just under 250', most of the wooded holes, ignoring quite long 17 & 18, average 220' in length, so the emphasis is on control, vice distance, when playing these holes.

For the wooded holes, an even blend of left/right/no-turning shots are needed from the tee. Only a few fairways could be described as somewhat tight - most are quite wide. In fact, a few of the "wooded" holes are merely framed by the trees running along the sides and back of the generous fairways.

Other than playing number-9, with the basket only 230' and to the left - the basket way in the distance is number-18 - the course has a natural flow and is simple to navigate.

Solid course which avoids any extremes - not long, not tight, not strenuous.
