The course plays through a grassy park with scattered mature trees and some decent sized elevation changes. There are a few holes that take advantage of the elevation to add some challenge and interest. There is a mix of open holes, and holes with lots of lines through scattered trees.

There are some longer open holes mixed in with the shorter ace runs, so you have a chance to throw a couple drives here. Most of the holes are a mix of straight shots and RHBH hyzer shots, but there is one sharp dogleg right, and an uphill right curving shot that mix things up a bit.

The park is beautiful and well-kept, with nice grass and no trash or debris. There are simple tee signs that give the hole layout and the distance, along with signs pointing the way to the next tee at the one confusing spot. There aren't any navigation issues on the course, especially with a nice course map posted at the beginning of the course. The tee pads are nicely laid paving bricks that were well leveled, and provided great footing to tee from.

There was so much potential to this park that simply wasn't used. Only one hole really used the elevation to it's full potential, and that was a fun uphill hole with no downhill bomb as the reward for the climb. There seemed to be a lot crammed into the area around the 4th and 7th baskets, this could be a little bit of a safety issue on busy days, as could the hole that shoots directly over the park road.

The two holes with length were pretty boring and open, and most of the fun holes were too short to really present a challenge. There was enough space and terrain to design a much more interesting and challenging course here.

The other park users seemed to be unaware of the disc golf course, and were allowing their children to wander unsupervised across a couple fairways, so watch out on busy weekends. Hopefully this will change as more people are exposed to the sport here.

This course is a great beginner course, with reasonable lengths and no chance of losing a disc, or having navigation troubles. It's a great way to expose new people to the sport. More experienced players won't find too many challenges here, and will probably be disappointed with the use of the available terrain.

Don't drive out of your way just to play this course, but it's definitely worth the stop for a fun quick round if you're in the area. There's also a petting zoo and picnic areas to make it a fun family outing.
