Pros:

Way better than Rendezvous North
Good presence of obstacles
Relatively low traffic

Cons:

No hole distance information posted
Poor upkeep outside of the actual fairway
Difficult to find hole #7

Other Thoughts:

This is my go-to course in Fargo when I only have time for 9 holes. There are quite a few elevation obstacles that appear to have been intentionally placed where they are, and hole #5 makes for an interesting decision with the water hazard (I lost my first Teebird here). The same pond comes into play on hole #6 about 25 feet past the basket. Despite the hazards, the course is relatively easy due to the lack of trees, and easy to navigate with the exception of the walk to hole #7.

Pros:

This course is in a park that has another course in it, but unlike the other course, this one is interesting. Water comes into play on hole 1, 5, and 8, but holes 1 and 8 only have seasonal water coming into play. Hole 5 is a medium length shot over a pond.
There are medium sized bumps all over the course, we're talking 4 or 5 foot mounds all over the place. These are nice because they dictate how you need to throw your shot.
Unlike the other course on this land, there are a few trees in the way on a few holes. It makes these holes much more interesting.
The layout is ok, though there is a really large distance between 6 and 7.
Wind comes into play on every hole, cause this is Fargo after all. This makes even short holes hard to judge.

Cons:

Very short for the most part. Some of the holes hardly even seem worth playing they are so short. This being said, wind is a huge factor. There are really only 3 holes where I driver is needed, and only one where a driver is pretty much the only shot.
Some of the holes are hard to see from the teepad, so you don't know if the group in front of you is done or not.
The hole that plays over the lake has a walking path behind it about 25 feet, and because you're throwing over water, many people tend to bomb it and just go way long, which is a hazard to joggers and trail users.

Other Thoughts:

This is a way better course then the other one in this park. there are obstacles, water hazards, and distance along with random hills. If you go to this park, play the other course as a warm up and then play here.
Right now, the drainage ditch type thing next to hole 1 and 8 is pretty full of water, that being said it's a good 50 or 60 feet to the right on both shots, and down about 15 feet. This being said, with the wind that is out there, it probably is not uncommon to throw it in there.

When all the other courses in Fargo are flooding, it is nice to know that this course is an alternative to the other rendezvous course.

The two courses are so far apart from each other that it really seems there is no way to have this be an 18 holer, rather than a 9 holer. However, the tee pads and baskets are both moveable, so there is a chance that this may happen.
