DGCR Scorebook Handicap: 10


This is calculated by adding all of the scores recorded for the hole on DGCR and dividing it by the number of scores entered. The lower the handicap, the more challenging the hole is. Ex: #1 Handicap is the hardest hole, #16 handicap is the easiest.

The long basket position is rarely used. Both basket positions involve getting around the second row of trees and turning right and putting at the tree line which is also a steep decent adding difficulty and risk to your putting.

The entire fairway can be excessively muddy at times.

If you end up turning right too soon, prior to the second row of trees, an option is to attempt an overhand throw over the second row of trees. Going through the trees may involve too much Luck.

RHBH drives from the long tee have small trees blocking the standard path. One rarely used option is the spike roller. A high, anhyzer shot up over the tree line to the left, turning back into the fairway to spike into the ground about 200' out from the tee, then continues to roll around the second row of trees to the right to hopefully stop within putting distance. (I've only done that once)

Throw smart, throw safe, there are houses along the left side of the fairway. Respect their backyards.
