Pros:
Vastly improved compared to previous layout. I liked the turf pads, maybe even better than cement. Decent combination of wooded and open holes.
Cons:
Some of the wooded holes (3, 4, 6, 9) are poke and hope where luck is the key factor getting close. Unnecessary mando on hole 10, could have simply moved 17 basket (and tee if want same length hole). The throw over the pond is virtually no challenge and an ineffective use of said pond.
Other Thoughts:
Again, vast improvement over previous layouts. However, could have been so much better with some basic changes. Wouldn't go out of my way to play it, but it's playable if you're in the area.
