Very good variety of holes ranging from short, technical wooded holes to fairly long and open holes. Even some with ascending and descending elevation.

Park appears to be located in a nice, safe residential neighborhood.

Course is still in it's infancy with not all Tee poured yet and no signage at all.
There are no other amenities at this neighborhood park save for an unmarked soccer field and a Porta-John.

At this writing (7-23-17) the course is in it's infancy with only about half of the Tee pads poured and no signage at all making it a little difficult to find the next Tee in some instances and even the basket in some cases.

The course plays through Sandusky Park, a neighborhood park with no other amenities save for an unmarked soccer field and a Porta-John. Play starts and finishes close to the parking lot. The first 9 or so holes play along Blackwater Creek. You will want to keep this in mind unless you don't mind getting your feet wet. There is a good mix of open, fairly long and short, technical wooded holes (Tight fairways and tunnel shots.) with some elevation change thrown in for good measure. You will find yourself using all of the shots in your arsenal to score well on this course.

Summary: Designed with the intermediate to advanced player in mind this course offers something for everyone. It's a good course now and will be a great course once it is fully completed with all it's Tee pads poured and signage in place.
