Pros:

Brand new DiscCatchers, thoughtful design maximizing a small space, SOME concrete tees (using paved walkway), nice neighborhood feel.

Cons:

Children EVERYWHERE, waiting for a safe chance to throw, essentially all straight shots and nothing over maybe 250', no elevation change, no dedicated tee pads, no bathrooms.

Other Thoughts:

Clearly installed with love for the game, but the execution equals probably the most dangerous round I've ever thrown. Walkways with people on them, park benches with people on them, grass with people on it are all precious obstacles that you need to do your best to avoid, or patiently wait for them to clear lest tragedy occur. In the obvious way I would recommend this course for beginners since it's all straight, level, and short. In other ways I would definitely NOT recommend this course for beginners since grip lock, rounding, or a wild throw could result in injury.
That being said, I really appreciate the effort the designer and everyone else involved with this course put into introducing the community to our sport. I witnessed one of the coolest things I've ever seen while throwing that day: small children playing on their own. I also saw families playing together.
I suppose that if you're playing with children this might be the best course out there since they will not likely have the power to hurt anyone. Also, this course looks like it could be a lot of fun for a night round.
