Good variety of left and right curving holes.
A good course for working on your short game.
A nice place for a day-trip with 12 km of hiking trails, canoe rentals, lake fishing and sheltered picnic areas.

You can't see the basket from most of the tees so you have to scope out every hole first.
The map given to you at the registration cabin doesn't show you the course outline and there's no park signs directing you to the course.

The course is designed on a mini scale with short holes and narrow fairways. If you want to play a par game then it's an easy course, just aim for the fairways. If you want to birdie the holes then you'll need a spotter because there is brutal rough outside the fairways and the shots required for birdies take you through and around big trees.

This course is in the middle of a conservation park with beautiful landscape surrounding the course. There is both amateur and pro tees that are easy to find and the walk way between hole and the next tees are kept mowed. All of the holes are pretty much straight except for #6 that is a dog leg to the left, up hill and through a line of trees!!! a real challenge from either tee. If the park made some minor improvements this could be a great place to hold tournaments for amateur players.

This is only a 9 hole course and all of the holes are real short, at least 2 of them should be par 2 instead of 3 because they are about 200 feet straight on. You have to pay $4.25 to enter the conservation park, so if you are only wanting to play disc golf, in my opinion it's not worth the admission price. It would be better if they drop the rate to $2.00 for people who are only going to play disc golf. All of the tees are grass so sometimes they are slick from moisture. Witht the admission fee, it would be nice if they would use some of that money to put concrete tee pads, and another 9 holes. There is so much room in that park to do so. There are a few nats flying around on holes 2-5 but that is to be expected and worth it to see this beautiful wooded area.

I live in Owensboro Ky and only travel to camridge a few times a year on business, i was satisfied with this course and the plus side is after you play as many rounds as you want, it's only about 100 yards away to the beginning of the nature walks that i found really impressive and relaxing. SO get out there, play this course and enjoy the entire conservation area.
