This is the other course out here which is much like its Sister course, North but slightly more interesting and a little longer. Hole one is actually labeled "10" I'm guessing they were trying to say this was one course together but playing the first time around I thought maybe there were 18 holes on this side instead of just nine so look for that if you're playing the first time.

Just like the North course you have beautiful green grass and mostly short holes with the exception of the final three or four holes which are slightly longer but still pretty much wide open. The challenge on this course comes mostly from extra distance and the rolling hills of green grass on the first five or six holes.

After playing the first fifteen holes of the two courses the lines start to get redundant and boring. There just aren't enough obstacles or variety of shot type to make this course very interesting.

Again with the multiple basket locations continued from the first course, they don't do much to change the course to be needed. The 'longs' on this course should be in all of the time and maybe the other pin locations should be from a different angle to change the course up in that fashion instead of just trying to change distance with the same tee shot.

This course is an add on from the beginner course and does a pretty good job of letting beginners have some success without too much confidence; it lets them know that Disc Golf is fun but they have a lot of time, practice and patience left to go if they want to get pretty decent at this game. Courses like this aren't much of a challenge but are still fun for us that sometimes want to relax, break out the putter or Superclass disc and not take their game too seriously. I would recommend this course for baggers and anyone who wants some ace runs.

Nice park grass, well maintained, the back 9 is more of a real course and that part is fun. That's about as much as can be said- this course is OK, not good.

If the front 9 wasn't such a joke this course would be another story. They should all be par 2 they are so close together, you can't use a driver except on 1 or 2 holes.

If you are a beginner, play the front 9. If you know how to play, don't waste your time on the front, just go straight to the back and play it as a 9 hole course.

+Like the first half of this course, it has great signage, great numbered baskets, nice concrete tees, and is very well maintained.
+This half of the course has a few more trees, more elevation, more length, and some other obstacles to force shots a little bit.
+The first half might be a good test to see if a beginner can handle this half. It isn't necesarily hard at all but it is a step up from the front 9 and complements it well
+Two basket locations which look to be significantly different in distance if not in the angle of approach to the basket.
+Still some ace runs here, especially on the shorter baskets
+Should be no lost disc issues here although it is a bigger possibility than the first half.
+Easy to find your way around this course. Very nice map created by the city.

-This half of the course is still very easy.
-If the baskets are all in the shorts, it would be very similar to the first half of the course. I would advise them to always keep at least a few baskets in the long location if not all of them.
-It isn't located very near the first half. I'm glad that they are listed as separate courses on here but the numbering is weird on this half. You start on 10 if you drive but you find 12 first if you walk (or run).

-This half of the course had some fun factor for me. There were ace runs and a few longer holes mixed in.
-This place is good for beginners and maybe lower int players on this half of the course.
-It is worth a stop to play once but I wouldn't play here often if I lived in the Denver area. There are better courses available.

-Nice concrete tee-pads
-Nice tee-signs that show the layout of the holes, the different pin positions, and give the distance of the hole.
-Brand new baskets that catch very well
-There is a great amount of elevation change on the course
-The course offers some uphill, downhill, and side-hill shots, which helps vary the course up a little bit.
-There is a creek that could come into play on 3 of the holes.
-Most of the park is well groomed and nice grass, though the last three holes do play through a slightly rougher area
-A couple pin positions add a little distance to the course (Hole 17 long is about 450 feet and the long position on hole 15 is about 360)
-Overall, the course is easy to navigate and it is easy to know which hole is the next one.

-The course has very few obstacles on it (there are not very many trees in play and the main obstacles on this course is the creek and the elevation changes. Overall, this course is very wide open.
-The area near the creek can be overgrown, and if a disc is thrown near the creek it very well could go missing
-Like the Front 9 (or Spingvale North) most of the shots on this course are straight shots (it would be nice to have some holes that turn right or left).
-The pin positions only add a little bit of distance but don't really change up how the hole plays
-While a few pin positions add a little more distance, overall this course does not have very much distance on it.
-No benches or trashcans on the holes on this side of the park.
-None of the holes are very memorable
-A couple of the holes have a bit of a long walk between them
-This course can get crowded (when we were there there were a lot of groups of 5 or more playing the course.)

This course provides a little more challenge than the Springvale North (or the front 9) but it has very few obstacles and none of the holes are very memorable or have much of a wow factor. After all, the course starts to feel a little repetitive. This course is a good stop if you are in the area (make sure to give this one a shot if play Springvale North as this one adds a little more challenge) but don't go out of your way to play it.
