Pros:
Nice teepads, benches, garbages, signage.
Hills, some trees, fairly open but still some good lines to aim for. Some far shots, some closer, overall a really nice course, fun to play and not extremely time consuming

Cons:
If you want to call it cons....there are not a lot of tight wooded shots. I liked that actually. Especially since Oak Island is 10 seconds away and is quite the opposite.
