Cons:
Well-maintained but some of the tee markers were difficult to locate even with the course map
Practice basket is in an awkward position...take care in not shooting toward it on #1 tee
Pars are inflated for the rec player - should be a par 27 in my opinion

Other Thoughts:
The front gate to the fitness center was shut closed and seems to require an access code to open. The closest place to park with the least amount of walking is near the cemetery close to #9 tee.
