Pros:
-Beautiful complex the church has built
-Most holes are well designed. Generally easy but they did well with the land they had to work with
-Property was well maintained considering how little it is probably used
Cons:
-Signage could be better. All the holes have stone tee markers but they are ground level so you cant see them unless you know where you are going
-A few overlapping holes could be dangerous if the course is busy
-Tee pads are dirt and rooted
Other Thoughts:
Given this was a 9 hole course away from the beaten path I did not expect much, but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Most of the holes have a good design to them and they did a good job with the land they had. If it were 18 holes or a busier course I would expect them to put more time into it but considering its location and likely low play rate these improvements may not be necessary.
