Pros:
This course set in the farmlands south east of Portland is worth going a little out of your way. It doesn't have alot of elevation change but what little there is is well used. Most of the flow is pretty easy to figure out alto it was in the 4x4 configuration(3 and 4 were longer par 4s instead of 3s listed) so was different than tee signs at the time and a little confusing. Unfortunately I didn't have time to pace them out(barely finished before it was too dark to find my drives) or I would add those as alternate tees.
I got there very late on a summer evening and the owner come by to say hi on about the 8th hole and was very nice. The course was well laid out taking advantage of the terrain for a smaller space and there were some very challenging holes for a 9 hole, I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the mix of types of trees, which made for different challenges. 8 is a long hole throwing under some mature trees with branches starting around 15 to 20 ft, while 2 and 7 throw into tight stands in more typical tunnel shot. Most holes had a pretty fair if challenging path to the pin, but a couple are pretty punishing if you stray off that path, 2 and 7 especially.
Cons:
Signs were not accurate for the layout, which made navigation tough(threw to wrong pin on 2 and made a terrible 2nd shot on three because pin was a fair bit farther than expected). Not alot for amenities but it seems like they are continuing to develop property so I expect those to get better. Same with signs.
Speaking of signs, I drove past the entrance 2 or 3 times, it is not well marked.
Other Thoughts:
I really enjoyed this course and it really set the tone for my 4 days of playing in Oregon. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of difficulty in this small 9 hole. As an added bonus they seem to have added another 9 pins to make it a double 9, I look forward to playing it again on a future trip.
Well worth making the time to play if you are in the area
