Pros:
This course combines some unique features. Open shots, wooded shots, elevation going up, elevation going down, and is the only course in Tyler that has true water hazards. You'll have the opportunity to throw over water as well as the chance to shoot at a basket on a peninsula.
The course is kept up nicely and makes for a nice round.
Cons:
The course could use some additional signs to direct you to the next tee. I walked in a circle more than once...the worst of which was trying to find hole 12. Hole 12 is located by a little house...not down the walking path.
The course looses some of it's natural feel and flow as it weaves around baseball fields and walking trails.
Other Thoughts:
If you have a strong craving for water holes, this is the only place in Tyler you'll get it. However, in total, it is a step behind the Lindsey park courses.
