Pros:
Full disclosure: I am the designer. I think this is a very good short course. It takes advantage of the features of the land. It plays at a leisurely one hour and could be played in less than 45 minutes if you were in a bit of hurry (say over your lunch break).
Cons:
It's short. Possibly the fact that it is right along the river although some may like this.
Other Thoughts:
It is the first course we've designed and that was approved by the city. We plan to put in several more courses between the river and the walking path.
