Best AB Course for New Players 2+ years

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:May 26, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

- Beautiful backdrop with the mountains behind.
- Decent (but not perfect) tee pads, baskets and signage.
- All around enjoyable short, non-technical course.

Cons:

- Not very technical.
- Couple of holes (6&7) were taken out due to homes.
- In a residential area, some pedestrian traffic.

Other Thoughts:

This is, in my opinion at least, the best course in Alberta for new players. Beautiful landscape, fun little layout, decent baskets and signage, not very technical and not very long.

Not a challenging course for anyone who's played a lot of disc golf, but enjoyable nonetheless as a warm-up course for Nordic for those people.

The course was redesigned and is now 9 holes, it plays much shorter than it used to.

Nice Little Course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 13, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

-Short course, doesn't take long to play.
-Baskets and teepads were pretty easy to find.
-Good signs.
-Pretty well kept.

Cons:

-Holes 7 and 8 were missing. I should have checked the reviews before playing, but just be aware!
-Some grass was quite long.
-Not too many difficult/technical shots.
-No numbers on baskets, so it's hard to know for sure if you are throwing to the right basket.

Other Thoughts:

Some guys who were playing gave my two year old cousin a disc which was pretty neat! Was a decent course overall!
