-may be unavailable during school hours

This little practice course is right next to an elementary school. It is perfect for introducing kids or new players to the game but not for much else. Way too easy for all but beginners.

The course plays mostly around the edge of the park/playground and is mostly wide open. Slight downhill off the first tee, avoid the small creek and drain pipe on hole 2. Playground near basket 3, tennis courts in 4's fairway, a few small trees in the fairways of 5 and 6. Minor obstacles but mostly just interference from other park amenities. There are actually a good number of trees on right side of 6's fairway so a good anny is required for a duece.

Convenient for anyone who might live nearby, a quick stop for course baggers, and good for newbies. Otherwise, there are better places to play in College Station.
