-Challenging course
-Variety of shots, elevation, and lengths
-Hole 9 across the creek is wonderful
-Lots of pin positions and multiple tee pads per hole
-Some fairways are mulched
-For being in the woods, mosquitoes actually aren't bad
-Tee pads that are in are nice
-Has potential to be a good course

-Trash. Literal explosions of trash as your disc hits the ground on some holes
-Very tight fairways, which would be fine if the rough wasn't a jungle full of poison ivy and thorns
-Stumps, trash, and uneven ground cause lots of tripping
-Can be hard to navigate for new players to the course
-Uses busy road as an OB
-Lots of little things in the middle of lines that take an otherwise "good" shot and send you into the jungle (fairways need cleaned up)

This course has a ton of potential. Can't wait till the trash and fairways are cleaned up. Let's not pretend this course is finished and deserves an unrealistic score. It may get there and I hope it does, but it is not there yet.
