-Cut grass
-Tee pads, sort of. Not long enough, and not in great shape, but playable.
-Reasonable to follow from baskets to next tee
-Plenty of parking out front
-Pleasant small college environment
-Not crowded on Friday around noon.
-A fun play for beginner to intermediate.

-Not much shade. Probably gets very hot in summer
-It's Florida. Expect some bugs on hot, humid days. Also, some ant mounts in grass, but not too bad.
-Not sure where bathroom(s) are. I did not enter buildings.
-A bit out of the way for many, so might not be worth the drive if you aren't within a half hour.

The course grass was cut, and although there is typical Florida sand on some tees and fairways, there's enough grass to make this enjoyable to play.

Some of the course is just really flat grass with sand, so not that attractive. But other parts are surprisingly pretty (like the view on hole #7 into the bushes and trees). There was even a change of color on hole #5 in the trees. Look carefully and you'll see various birds (maybe an Osprey). It's quiet too.

I enjoyed it, but if you are touring the area, there are better courses. On the other hand, if you like to play alone and have a quick 18 holes, this is a good stop.

As of July 23, 2020, this course has a new layout. The distances listed on this site may not be up-to-date yet. The cement tee pads are great. Hole #7 may need a roller or other specialty shot.
