Short technical course, well maintained. 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 12, 2017 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

* Well maintained grass. You never have to search for a disc.
* Cement pads, tee signs and Baskets
* Short technical routes, with just enough variety.
* Trees for obstacles and shade, minor elevation changes.
*Beginner Course

Cons:

* Very short, there isn't a single hole really where you can let loose. Beginner Course
* Most holes favor anhyzer or a forehand approach.
* It's almost always busy. There are also people walking down from the train station across the field. You also have the train tracks and multiple parking lots that border it. An errant throw can end up on the tracks or hitting a car.

Other Thoughts:

I personally love this course. It's only 9 holes now, but it's very clean and well maintained. There are no big shots, it's all technical and short. You can play it quick and it's easy to get there. You can also play all 9 twice for a full 18. There are other courses around that are more challenging, but this is a great way to mix it up!

Super Fun 9 Hole 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 3, 2016 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

- Lovely setting
- Good tees, baskets & signs
- Easy to follow
- Good mix of BH & FH shots
- Good use of trees and elevation

Cons:

- Parking can be hard
- Can be crowded with non-playing students walking through

Other Thoughts:

I really enjoy this course as a newish player and can use it to get quick rounds in when I come down from Park City. It challenges me with the mix of shots but not so hard I get frustrated. Overall my favorite course in SLC
