Pros:
Location is wonderful for this area up here. Easy to find, easy to park. Looking around the campus when you show up, you will most likely feel like the course will be a let down, but it is full of hidden surprises. I cannot think of any course that does so much with so little. Every tree, elevation change, fence, etc. is strategically used in relation to the basket placement. Most of the holes are unique to each other which is a true testament to the quality of design of the course. The course is not difficult, so it is great to boost the morale!
Cons:
Can be crowded, and there are usually other people milling around that are not there for disc golf. This has rarely been an issue, but would be if you were there during a baseball game or campus event. The course is not difficult. Hole 18 is a decent distant away from hole 1, so be prepared for a hike back to the car. There are no food/beverage options.
Other Thoughts:
Rice Lake is easily the most populated town within 60 miles of any of the other courses and actually has restaurants/gas stations that are not far away from your location. If you are looking for a "location friendly" course in NW Wisconsin; this is the one for you. This is one of my personal favorite courses.
