Pros:
Easy to locate the property. It is near a large church building with a large parking lot at one of the major intersections in a small town.
Good use of trees and the small elevation changes that are available.

Cons:
Navigation and Signage.
There is no general course signage and no tee signs, as such. There are no numbers on the targets and the only markings of any kind are the numbered rocks near the tee areas, which may or not be facing in such a way that the new player would know which target to throw toward. Also, the targets have been moved about the property many, many times over the years to create new "courses," so there are no obvious areas to throw from, as often happens when natural tees have become well-used.
The Targets (I hesitate to call them "baskets," but I guess I must).
For those who may remember them, these are the "In-Step" portable baskets that were sold for around 50 bucks at discount stores in the early 2000s. They have a few lightweight, widely-spaced chains in a single ring, mounted on an extremely lightweight frame. They contain less total metal than a Nickelback album.
As a bonus, these lightweight, portable targets have been outdoors and exposed to the elements for about a decade, resulting in degradation from their original state. In short, they catch discs less reliably than any other kind of basket (permanent, temporary, portable, home-made, chains, nets, tires, plastic -anything) that I have ever thrown something toward. And they can reject your disc in every way you have ever seen it happen before: cut-throughs, push outs, bounce-backs, bounces off the tray, swinging the disc out in another direction - you name it. They were donated to the church because the guy who was youth minister 10 years ago was interested in disc golf and someone who had them in storage heard about it.
This place is near my house and I have never considered it to be a course because of these baskets. When I go there to throw discs, I pick out lines and distances and throw discs throughout the property, but I haven't putted at the baskets in a long time.
Possible Dangers.
Currently some holes are set up to throw across the parking lot and the lot can be busy on any day of the week, as walkers and joggers use it to park for the hike and bike trail and of course there are frequent church events and ministry activities. There is also a gravel road that runs through the property and near some current basket placements. That road is used by those driving to and from the church offices and the youth area of the church.

Other Thoughts:
If you need to stretch and throw discs and you are driving by this parking lot (or perhaps if you have a family member that wants to walk the trail), this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I say keep driving.
