What happens on a high pollen count day? Is your putter a little sluggish?
Its been 8 years since I ordered any discs and after finding a new local course, decided to dust off the bags and discs. Going through the discs and searching the internet I came to discover that some of my favorite discs can not be replaced if I were to lose them (some SE discs, a Ching Fusion Tank, a couple of KC 9X, a CE Aero, some glow discs, and some unique stamps.) While I will likely use the discs again in the future (all have been marked up with a sharpie so not collectable either), I did not want to lose them as I re-learn the game after a long lay off.
Coming inbound:
1 - Leopard DX
3 - Aero DX (grabbed some extras to get some friends to start playing)
1 - Dart DX
1- Comet Elite-X
1 - Sabre Evolution
1 - Katana (want to try a high speed disc, they were not available when I last played)
2 - Rhyno R-Pro (hoping to find a similar feel to my SE Ryhno and Ching FT)
1 - Astra in Millenium
1 - QMS
1 - Sentianl MF in Sirius
Not sure how well I will be able to throw the Katana and Astra, but wanted to see how the newer disc have evolved and hope to eventually find a half decent driving stroke as I step back into the game.
Hoping to get out tomorrow and get some throwing in.
This could easily get moved to another forum thread if I spend too much time commenting, but I had to throw a few things out there.
Overall I like the choices. The Aero, to each his own; the Katana, what plastic did you get because between the three (Pro, Champion, Star) you are going to find a wide variety of stability, essentially they are three different discs; the R-Pro Rhynos, while I despise R-Pro in drivers, I think the Rhynos and Pigs in this plastic are excellent exceptions.
