heard that...

some NFL (perhaps other pro sports) contracts prohibit players from playing extreme sports and disc golf is considered one of them. I could see a ball golfer messing up his arm if he really tried to throw it hard. I also had some ciatic nerve issues going on with run ups, that would mess up some pro athletes pretty well. I guess that could be why it is banned.

Friend of mine's sister used to know Matthew McConaughey and she got us his cell phone. After several 1 am or later drunken calls, by us, to do the Pinkerton routine he changed his number. I would call him and ask him otherwise. Long time ago, good times.

I agree. At the concert (June 20th 2007) Jeff Tweedy said, "People who play frisbee golf are d!cks." This was in jest, of course -- he was referring to the fact that he lost his disc and no one would help him find it. Way to go Charlotte.

Any pro quarterbacks would be awesome to see playing. Peyton, Tom Brady. Jamarcus Russell is supposed to have a huge arm although accuracy would probably kill him.

or a switch hitter. They would really be able to get their bodies into the throw, though they may have issues with getting their weight forward. I say switch hitter because a right handed hitter and a right handed thrower are mirrored.
