I fell in love with the D4 the first time I threw it. By far one of my "go to" disc in the bag.

for me. for lazer shots. (not big hyzers). I throw a D4 into a tailwind and a D3 into a headwind. Perfect discs in this OK wind. My Orange FR D1 is my hyzer bomb disc now.
You're missing out on some great molds....I still have sworn off Prodigy for several months at last.
I have found that my FR D4 (with the flashing removed) is a great tailwind/no wind driver and my FR D1 is perfect for headwinds. I used this combo in a round with 15-20 mph winds yesterday and felt completely confident in the pairing. And this is from a person who was, and still is, very skeptical of Prodigy's business model...
My D1 was a glideless turd.
All I know is mine is money!!!
Tbird witnessed a few bombs with it. especially on hole 1c at Stoney Hill.
with a head wind, It turned a little went straight, then faded as it should.
Lovely!!!
I was looking foward to tossing these (D2, D3, and D4). A quote from MS said the D4 was a better Katana. So why not give it a go! I guess it might be a better Katana if I had the power of a pro? Still have them in my bag to see what some breaking in will do to them? So for now it's still the Havoc and Bolt, because at my arm speed. The D4 is far from being an understable disc (for ME).
Strange. I have had the opposite experience. I can't turn my Champion Tern at all. I can turn my Star Tern a little. I can make my D4 roll with ease.
