[MVP] MVP Tesla

$22.99 for a disc that doesn't cost anymore at wholesale than regular neutron is a bit inflated, i will go local and get them for $15 the day of release, who knows i may even get to feild test one a few days early. (wink wink)

Msrp is 24.95. Not saying it'll not be cheaper elsewhere. But it's there and I had to get one to ensure I have one coming. I'm sure my local shop will get some as well, but there is a spot on the wall for this bad boy.

The brothers should just send Mike c to a ton of tourneys this year, give him some sort of job and send him on the road. That would almost double their exposure. Imagine mike c throwing against some of the top pros. Instant exposure and a cash cow! I'm sure he already brings them some serious business. He wouldn't even have to do well. A 400 foot putter drive will turn heads!

I plan to move to Charlotte within two weeks mainly to expose myself to a wider range of competition than my area offers. I'm not going to be competing right away because I'm still healing my finger, but I do intend to get in some tournaments soon!

Well I just pre-ordered a special and a stock stamp from Infinite. I won't be able to throw them until May when I get back to the States, but I am very, very excited for this disc. If it flies well, I'll likely pick up a few Mike C stamps as well...hopefully MVP releases some Mike C N Volts as well (they have already of course, but a mass release like they are doing for the Tesla) The "big name" pros have all the support...we DGCRs gotta support our own LOL

If the tesla is really a longer volt and the crave seems to rival the volt I may drop volts and carry crave and tesla...damn you MVP and your sensible discs

I will always have a proton volt for sure but can see where that might be the case for many players, like you state skizzle. The crave just doesn't have the same LSS and if the distance gap is as noticeable with the tesla as it was with the inertia I would be worried about over shooting many holes with it where I already use a volt. I used volts as my DD's all last year and haven't been as excited for a new disc, maybe ever.lol

I'm hoping to use this as a trio like I do with my control driver set up (Firebird, QOLF, beat Volt) and go Giant (OS) Tesla (neutral to slightly OS) Tern (neutral to understable), even though the Giants and Tern are obviously faster, at my arm speed/distance levels I don't think it will matter too much

Sweet mike! Represent the evil brothers well!

Really think Zam knocked his Special Tesla stamp out of the park. The white foil on black plastic technique he did is very innovative. Great stuff!

This should be announced soon, but here is a sneak peak at the MVP/Skulboy custom coming from Disc Nation.

Love the Zam and Skulboy stamps. Definately picking up a Zam and a regular Neutron and probably a skulboy depending on the color combos. They skipped the metallic colors on the Inertia so maybe we'll get some Teslas!!??!!

Having not thrown this (obviously), I'm just gonna put this out there now: MVPD.

Maybe a P-PD...certainly not a C-PD. I am very, very eager to throw this...also, being in Colorado and our high elevation it will have just a little more stability. I'm just hoping it goes a little farther than my Volt and QOLF. Tern outdoes those by quite a bit, as does the Giant, and I'm not expecting that, but hopefully an appreciable amount.
