Funniest/weirdest thing you've seen on the course

My wife, son and I were playing a round at Northwood Park in Morton, IL., A pretty quiet well to do community.
We heard a couple pops which at first I thought were fireworks, then, a few more pops. This time we all looked at each other "that's "gunfire"", let's get the heck out of here. as we are walking to the car we hear 3 or 4 more shots before we get to the car...

As we're driving out there is a Morton Police Officer standing over a dead deer, which I later found out had been hit by a car and was already injured before the shooting spree started.

I'm an avid shooter/hunter and I was LMAO thinking to myself... "My god man you had better get to the practice range if it takes you like "10 SHOTS" to kill a deer that was already wounded"

This reminds me, I can't believe I forgot! I put my champion Boss in a street on accident once and a UPS man actually swerved out of his way - across the yellow lines - just so that he could run over my disc. I voted him douche of the week.

That gave me a chuckle. I know I have thrown a few of mine into a parking lot and the cars (knock on wood) have avoided them.

Me standing up and accepting a first place trophy in the MA1 division with par golf. Finished at 1 under for the weekend. That was so strange that even the TD couldn't believe that I had won. Thought I had snuck my card up on to the top.

well i never thought of taking pics, but a few are a group of hispanics using the basket as a BBQ, lined the bottom with foil, i just took a par on that hole and moved on as they stared at me funny when i came up to them, Ive seen many of "larpers" out at bicent in crowley. THe one i missed and wished i would of seen, was apparently a small group of ladies decided to play like the men at Zboaz, without shirts....We came up on like hole 9 or 10 and were told all about it, and asked if we saw them yet...

I've read this many times on here, but no one ever has any pictures. Come on. Someone has to have a picture of this ridiculous phenomenon. Until I see it, I won't believe it.

I've never seen the BBQ thing but a few homeless people around Highbridge in Spokane like to **** in basket 18. More then once I've had to skip the hole due to fecal matter being strewn through the chains and basket.

Yesterday was walking over to the next hole watching the group ahead teeing off. While one of the discs was in mid flight saw a turkey fly over knock the disc out of the air and start attacking it for a good ten seconds and then took off into the woods.

Some friends and I watched a guy wind up and run so far on a tee box for his drive that he over stepped the box and fell into the lake he was shooting over. That was fairly amusing. He birdied the hole, but I think he left after that cause the water in the lake was uber gross. Poor guy was only on hole 2.... LOL

Because if he didn't mention it most of us would be picturing a bunch of white people hanging meat off the chains. It's not a relevance issue, it's just a descriptor.

Unfortunately none of the lookers seem to be weirdos :/ I did birdie that hole, I had to make my drive count so I could get away from them haha xD

Came across a couple making out with her shirt off today. I was with 3 adults and 2 junior high boys who were trying out disc golf for the first time. I think they might like disc golf now.

Haha, yea... There's some weird stuff in texas... I see 4 wheelers (bicentennial holes 1-10), rc car enthusiasts(veterans park hole 1)... It's just becoming a hassle. haha And the rc car enthusiasts could take it to the family friendly side of the park, massive open areas where larpers go... Why not bother them, instead of hole 1... :/

Yeah I know, I have yet to see the larpers, but have heard about them. My buddy lives down the street so when I visit we go play a round there. You going to the ace race Sat?

Yessir! Counting down the days! I'm wondering what I'm allowed to carry. Lol. My brother is going with me, but he isn't playing so he can carry my stuff and be my caddy. xD
