Haha, I'm so glad I found this forum. My friend does the too fast disc FH-technique. Now I just have to get good enough to beat him.

"I throw forehands really far. But I hate mids I can't forehand those, they're all too slow for me."
Throws McBeth Destroyer/Champ XCal/whatever crazy OS on wobbly anhyzer, to flex back and save the day for a 300' shot. The best is when it's windy and these shots just get absolutely punished into oblivion.
I encounter this all the time. It's really puzzling because I have basically no forehand distance, yet I can forehand mids and putters way better than our local dedicated forehand specialists.
I thought this was a thread about all the silly things noobs say...
Most discs aren't stable enough for me... I have too much snap. Even my champion Ape is turning over and won't come back.
This one guy who plays with us often gets hyzer, anhyzer mixed up, along with turnover. Ive tried to correct him, but have given up at this point. I love when he yells great turnover, when you've just crushed a big hyzer to the left...lol
I always preferred the ones from Canada.I think the Kansas City Pro Aviar story takes the win for this thread so far.
Unfortunately I'm going to be spreading that misinformation at every opportunity when somebody asks, "wut's the K-C mean?"
