What did you get for the holidays (2017 edition)?

We're going to be visiting family tomorrow, so we opened gifts early. Got this stuff from my wife:

A DD Trooper bag, orange and black DD hat, Innova beanie, Dude golf shirt, two basket lights, a sticker, and a PDGA membership.

We did a disc exchange at yesterdays tournament and I threw in a first run Punisher and got back a g-star Beast-X.

I got myself a pro Leo and DX eagle yesterday. Last year was my good year, my parents got me a second basket. I really don't need much for disc golf these days, maybe a few backups to keep on the rack.

Dont think I'll be receiving anything DG related this year. Wife and I decided a couple years into our marriage that exchanging gifts is a waste of money. It's all about the kid now.

I am old enough that when family asks what they can get me for a present, I usually struggle coming up with ideas. One year I received a Gold Line Halo, the first year they were out, another year when I received my package from Dynamic Discs, my wife took it and wrapped it, and for a birthday present two years back my wife purchased a Delta Cart. For disc golf, I am at the point where if I feel like I need it for my game, I just go get it. I am a little impulsive when it comes to making sure my bag/ cart is fully stocked.

This year's list consisted of asking for Legos and an Adam Thielen jersey.

I got some pre paid debit cards and was thinking about getting one of those mini baskets. Ended up going with the MVP Black Hole Macro though.

My wife gave me three portable practice baskets. Several weeks ago I had mentioned to her that I thought I could set up a short putter course in our backyard. It was just an idea, didn't think I'd actually get to do it. She's the best wife.
