You know you're addicted to DG when...

I have actually done this. I used to work for the Cincinnati Reds and before a game we launched quite a few discs from different places when they were still at "Cinergy Field" (Riverfront Stadium for all you old folks). The most fun was throwing from the upper levels -- on a good throw you can toss one to the other side.

Nice, I need to get me a job with the Rockies... Someone ought to be having some good luck at that park cause Lord knows the Rockies aren't doing it...

When you get a few discs and it doesn't matter that the lightning is a mile off or it is raining like a tropical squall. The only thing that stops you is your towels are to wet to do anything for you.

When you get manhandled by a mountain course and the only thing you want to do is go back and show it who's the boss, or get manhandled again....
probably the latter

When you sit in your car for 20 minutes in a steady, light rain because you see a clear spot in the sky off to the South moving toward you and you are waiting to see if the rain stops long enough to get in a 5 hole circuit. It didn't and I didn't.

When you say screw it, and play two courses even though it's hailing and thundering because you drove two hours to play them, damnit! :D

Wow! I hope you were walking with someone taller than you and had some decent distance between you.

Unfortunately, I'm 6'4", and my playing partner is 5'7", so I'm the lightning rod . Luckily there weren't any strikes anywhere near us, couldn't even see the lightning, just heard the thunder from a distance. The hail hurt though...

When you are having a really bad day, and you start to plan a disc golf trip for the weekend to make you feel better.

You just finished a round so you and your buddies immediately get together and plan out where you'll play ... the next six weekends in a row.

When you're on DGCR at work waiting for 4:30 to come so you can hit the course with hubby and friends and you're p*ssed because they're currently playing without you !!
:D

When you work a split shift from 10:00am to 10:00pm with a 2 hour break in the middle and you hit the course during the break.

Or you p*ssed off cause somebody you know on a forum gets off an hour earlier than you, and you know there is nothing you can do to make up that hour worth of daylight that you will not get.

When you take a sleeping pill to help you sleep, and then you try to fight the effects of the pill as it kicks in so you can hang out at dgcoursereview just a little longer.

When you are at the Zoo and instead of really looking at the animals, you imagine how cool it would be to make a course in the Zoo, and have a map that puts a basket near each animal, so you can see the animals, as you play.
OK, I need help.

I work at the zoo. I drive the train (coolest job EVAH :D). We have 2 trains. #1 tends to coast longer than #2 when I let go of the throttle. I keep thinking, "Train 1 sure has more glide."
