So, at the pro level you can expect to see the same discs or very similar discs in most bags. Everyone has their Destroyer or something similar from another manufacturer or whatever.

Every once in a while though you'll see someone at the top level throw something that pretty much nobody else on tour even bags. (Gurthie and his Sonic for example or Matt Bell and his Blowfly.)

What's an odd disc that you've seen thrown on the pro tour?

(I might even say someone throwing an Eagle is an oddity since I've really only seen Barsby and Heimburg using them.)

Gurthie and his Sonic, and Climo and his Sonic/Condor combo for sure(though I don't know that he ever threw them on the course).

But one that stands out was in JohnE McCrays mixed bag period he had a partial sponsorship with Salient(boo hiss whatever) he bagged the Lockjaw(the Salient version of the Yikun Claws). It's an oddly stable lid like disc with the rings on top and everything. Oddball for sure.

Also Nikko throwing a Daredevil Caribou for a while was pretty funny.

I had a Lock Jaw, loved that thing!

Jerm and the CMD2 is pretty odd. Not a lot of pros bagged those, even in their hayday.

Feldberg and the Sinus, that disc even made the cut when he moved to Infinite and can throw whatever.

Didn't Guthrie also bag a wombat3 at one time? I can't remember.

Yes sir. I believe that his tour series disc was the Wombat3 for at least one year. His tour series disc this year is the Halo Star Wraith.

I was helping Crew 42 film chase card at the recent CCR Open and saw Tristan Tanner's Lat 64 Bite in his bag. I think it's made for dogs, but is PDGA approved, and probably is similar to how GG throws his Sonic. I don't recall seeing him throw it during that round, though.

Nathan Queen and a Leopard.

That's my #1 go to disc and he's the only (male) pro I've seen throwing one in years. Not just for righty holes either!
