This is #9 in Dunbar Park, a new course in Lake Jackson, TX (about 40 miles south of Houston) . Not a long course, but the pin placement makes this course fun. I thought this looked cool:

Yes, that's a really great picture. Thanks for sharing. I'm mentally practicing a 2 finger roller right now.

This happened to a guy in Centralia last year about this time.
I would consider this OB.

So whose a snake person? (off topic of DG, but it's pretty) Anybody know what kind - it appears venomous?

My first guess was a Diamondback so I look up some more pictures of them and it seams to fit the bill pretty well.

It has the triangular head so it is probably venomous...I think I might come back for that disc later or just look for a shovel with a long handle.

i was there that day....
not sure what it was,but it did not have a rattle.
ol' boy who's disc it was didn't notice it at first and reached down to mark his lie. should have seen the the look on his face.and yes he did jump a bit.
if you go to our club website, www.centraliadiscgolf.com you can go to the photo/video galleryand there is some video of the snake, along with a bunch of other interesting shtuff.come check it out.

how short is that hole???
seriously,he looks like he's driving the hell out towards a pin 100'?out,.

yeah, its only 120-160 or so. i always kick my leg way up to keep the disc low, so it always looks like i'm trying to kill it.

Yep, it was a copperhead for sure. Did you all kill the thing?

Took my girl with me out to the Easley course, came away with a great pic of her putting:
