C.O.C. rocks! saw them play with their first singer in a warehouse when i was 15.

Finished this one today for Cole --- Michigan State Spartan logo on a Crystal Z Buzzz misprint disc(hence, the cardboard flecks in the mold).
Pics don't do it justice, the green matches perfectly to the MSU green, spent some time to perfect the dye color.

It's a little dish soap and liquid rit. Couldn't find a toothpick so I used a steak knife. :p Dipped the tip and dripped it on the disc. Then to make it directional I just pulled the knife through the drips. Just be careful not to scratch the disc.

yeah i've heard of people doing the dish soap technique, it's nice to see an example of it. it looks great, i'm gonna try to do the zombie line too, i'll post it when it's done. in the mean time, how about a little Lebowski dye?

The Dude Abides!

Side note, it's a transitional colored disc, and those orange and pink spots in the center are in the disc. It turned out really cool. Total of four colors: black, brown, grey, purple.

It's supposed to be a comic book rendering of The Dude, the lines are thicker in some spots on purpose. Thought i'd add that the disc was almost clear, the outer purple is dye.

Just finished this one, I'm on a college kick today :D
Clemson logo on an orange ESP Impact misprint, 160g. I'm in Clemson territory, so I thought this would be appropriate, and probably not to tough to get rid of :D

I tried a new kind of vinyl and it the adhesive sucked. I bearly heated the dye to help not pull up the sticky, but that didn't work. Some of them look alright, but some of the bleeds look like bleeds and suck. I like the image a lot and have a few more along these lines I'll be doing soon.
