Washington roll call...
I was just wondering if there were many other WA players on here. Also what your local course is and your favorite course in the state.

My local course is in Auburn, the white river course at game farm park. I have not played alot of courses yet but I would have to say I had the most fun at the Bremerton course.

I live in Everett. I play everywhere from Lake Stevens down to Seatac but I would call Terrace Creek in Mountlake Terrace the course I play at most often; you can see me throwing drives across the large field on hole 5 quite frequently. There are many others, but not a ton on the forums, they use the review side more.

Well good to know. I have not played to far up north yet. Been to Bothel a few times but its nothing too special. Fun little 9 hole short course. I am hoping to see a course get put out here in the Snoqualmie Valley area. We have great terrain for a course around here just need to figure out who to talk to and what steps would need to be taken to have it considered.

I dont know about you but a little break in this winter snap would be nice. Went from shooting 100+ holes a week to not a single one in the last 7 days. Going through DG withdrawls:wall: haha

White River is my local park (I'm there 3-4 days per week), but I also throw Riverside, and Fenwick. My favorite course in the State would currently be NAD.

We should have a 9-holer in the ground in downtown Carnation in the next 2-4 months. This will be a beginner/intermediate level course with baskets and signage. Tee pads are still TBD.

That is great to hear. I go up to Carnation alot to skate and go biking already. Looks like I have one more reason to go up that way now too!

Welcome! I am up in Mukilteo and can be found playing with some of these hoodlums, ie sillybizz and cefire most often. I play usually from SeaTac to Lake Stevens, but love to travel all througout the state, US, and even a few other countries. I still enjoy SeaTac and Crystal Mountain (especially the summit course), but love Steilli, Lakewood, NAD, Dolliwood, and look forward to the new course in Mason County. Any Q's on some courses in the state feel free to read my reviews as I have played most in the state or just shoot me a PM. Take care and best wishes.

JR

Thanks JR. I have been wanting to try that Crystal summit course since i first saw some pictures of it. I was up there last wednesday but that was for waist deep powder runs instead so i can not complain. I will look up some of your reviews for sure. Thanks again for the welcome. Take it easy!

As summer hits, Dee (manager of Crystal Mountain) will make announcements as to when it will open, work parties, the annual tournament, etc. A lot of us make the drive multiple times throughout the summer to prepare for the amazing tournament so just keep an eye out and perhaps we can all meet up sometime on the mountain.

I guess I round out the three amigos (Sillybizz and JR) and I'm living in Queen Anne in Seattle right now. I guess my current home course would be SeaTac :) Welcome!

Are you Larry, Curly or Moe? :D

SEATAC !

As far as the Snoq. Valley, there will be a course going in in Carnation sometime, its already in the works.

If your not already familiar with it, we have a local forum at www.nwdiscgolfnews.com , check it out.

Welcome, I live in shoreline/lake Forest park and play all over, but live less than a mile from terrace so I'm there pretty often. I do enjoy White River and got a couple buddies I meet there once every couple weeks. Lake Fenwick's new layout is awesome and would like to get down there when it dries out a bit.

Disc on my friend
