Has Anyone Bagged All The Courses In Your State?

13 of 18 in Maryland, 72.2%.
Playing two more tomorrow (Peake and Tuckahoe), which will put me at 83.3%
Plan on doing Schumaker this summer, but don't know when I'll get to Sandy Cove or Wisp.

Also plan on doing about half the eleven Delaware courses this year.

I think hitting all the courses in Texas would be hard, but I would at least try to hit all the courses in major cities.

I think Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio would be a nice goal. I know there are not that many in San Antonio.

Yeah, I'm not centrally located. I'm seven miles from Colorado.
WY 7/ 17 41.17%
A good trip to Yellowstone could change that.

I'm just happy to see the great state of Wyoming with a whopping 17 courses! Of course 3 are in Cheyenne and two are in Laramie, so you could technically play about a third of the state in a day. At least it sounds good. :)

But there are a hell of a lot of courses in Dallas! I made playing all courses in Houston area my goal (almost there). Hell, that is hard enough let alone tackling the state!

Well, there's not many, but I've got 3 to go here in Delaware. For sure by the summer time.

Delaware is one of those small states that could be done in one day maybe a long summer/fall day, and some top quality courses to, arm would hurt after that day.

Hmmm.. I don't know. Iron Hill itself is 2+ hours to play. And Brandywine...
Sore arm for a week.

I've hit 30 out of 77. No way that I'm going to hit them all because its not worth the drive to some remote corner of the state just to play a one-star, small town course.

And least three of the courses listed for my state can only be considered courses by the very loosest of definitions. Two of them are object courses (hell, you can make one of those in most any park can't you?), and the third one well, I think this picture says it all...

Yes, that's actually HALF of a tire being used for the entrapment part of the basket. If you're more than six feet away, nothing is going to stick. And mind you that was one of the better buckets in the park. But hey, I played that one. If it hadn't been in my line of travel that day, I wouldn't have bothered.

There are also two legitimate courses that I've played that aren't in the directory...yet.

Would have had all 48 in VA but then two more in the west opened up and i don't make it out there so much, got all but one in Delaware and Maryland, and half of jersey. Might try and knock out the rest of jeresy this summer and will more then likely finish off VA, and Maryland, Delaware on the other hand is a private course they wouldn't let me play when i went by so i consider that state done in my book. I have mentioned a couple times having percents on the the profiles played tabs next to the state would be cool and helpful for when they add new course and your percent goes down you notice. ex Va 98% or Va 48/50.

gottafixit- 48/50...... Those are some impressive numbers. We've shared the same dirt on a few of those VA courses. That would defintely be worth a short road trip to pick up your final two courses. Cmon man, Do it for your disc chuckin brothers here on DGCR! Which two are you missing and how far away are they? Do you have a wife, kids or girlfriend standing in the way? Do it for those readers in Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin sitting by their computers looking outside at the piles of melting snow. You're like Sports Illustrated Swim Suit Issue to them that comes in the mail each February. Inspiring! Make it happen!

HaHa come on don't be a weenie, put your boots on and buckle up soldier!....your disc golfer brethren are relying on you to set the standard....Come on don't be so selfish just Go West young man Go West..Peer pressure rules! BTW I think I spend more time perusing courses than the SI models....maybe if the girls were in swimsuits on a tractor at Paw Paw or teeing off atWhistlers Bend or perhaps a thong in the snow at Flip City? Hmmmmm

I definitely think it would be a neat task to accomplish, but I can't see it happening any time soon. I've only got 12/57 in Indiana.

Nobody from Rhode Island? 2 courses there I saw. I'm working on Cali, most of so-cal and nor-cal done, will be trippin a lot this summer too.

I have 6/14 in NJ and Im planning on playing 2 this next week. I just need to find chunks of time long enough to travel to the remaining courses.

Someone track down Greg Hosfeld. I believe he told me he'd played every course in Florida, as he was on his quest to reach 1,000 courses played.

i saw a video on either youtube or the pdga site a few months back that profiled the completion of the 1000th course. done and done.

i've limited my travel wish list down to any course with a 3.5 rating or higher with more than 5 reviews, with exceptions made here or there.

that trims my list to 338 courses on 4 continents :)

of course, more will be added as courses are added and more places get reviews, but i think i've got a comprehensive list of all the worthwhile courses in the country.

'course, in my daydreams, when traveling to any of those 338 i'd also branch out to whatever else was nearby, but those stupid lotto numbers just aren't hitting yet....

and 11 of 54 for missouri, 3 of (!) 126 :( for illinois

12/89 Colorado.... need work, My goal this year is to get to 30%, 15 new courses to get to this year.

Hmm...I'm about 6-7 courses shy of my state, 1 is an object course, 1 is in a swamp right now, there's only 1 that is brand new that I haven't played yet, and I will have for the state juniors championship April 4, gonna assist with it, and figured I'd notch that one in while I'm there!
33 of 40 played......not bad

New Family in My Way

Only 6 of 50 here in Va. Not bad considering I've only been playing 1 1/2 years and have 2 kids under 5. Looking at visiting some in-laws in Richmond area one weekend, maybe I can hit some there. And I'd like to get up to The Grange someday. Working also on DE, and PA. (In-laws in both states)

Hey, I have played all in my city......0 of 0:D

Yea, I can think of 3-4 in the Houston area I havn't played yet. I want to play The Links, but I need to find some discs that I don't like very much that I plan to loose out there.

Well my goal was to finish all of va and play 100 by the new year and i managed to get the 100 but ended up moving and visiting NY alot in dec so thats why i've gotten alot of maryland and didn't get to 48 in va till a few weeks ago, I was in chester just south of richmond and now i'm in northern VA so the two new ones are out in rocky mount, and outside lynchburg. I don't get to that west side much not much out there but its on my list once the days get a bit longer. It hard to believe i might be the closest to completing a whole state.

I've played 20 of 50 here in VA. I'd like to play every course within a two-hour radius, but I don't have the goal of playing every course in the state. I only manage one or two VA DG road trips per year, and I'd rather play the elite courses multiple times then some mediocre course three+ hours away.

What's sad is there are two (somewhat) local courses I haven't even played yet... Soon, though, soon.
