My favorites are 171g PopTop Stars but down to 168 is good too. They have enough stability to be reliable but glide for days. Most of mine are F2s cause i'm cheap and i found a run of poptops I liked in 171g. Fly very similar to the flat wing destroyers for me. This at a consistent 375 power.

It would probably be better for most of us to see people throw with bad form and a noodle arm, ha. Watching the pros deal with different conditions isnt always as applicable, fun and something to strive for, but a different skill set.
