Yes, I plan to play. I just played the Coastal Plains Open and we played two of the same courses that will be played for this. The Jacksonville course is pretty easy, short wooded holes a few long and open.
They are installing a new course at the Jacksonville location next to current, I didn't walk it after our rounds as I was not feeling well that weekend due to tetracyclines for a tick bite.

The second course in Ridgelands was tough when I played because wind gusts were 50 mph that day. It does get breezy there (wide open) but shouldn't be as bad. Just in case, I will be prepared with all the overstable plastic I own packed.

I spoke with one of the promoters from Jacksonville this past weekend at a local Pro event. He said they are partnering with hotels there for discounted pricing and shuttle service. Unfortunately, I only know the guy as "Big Bird" or I would give you his contact info. Look forward to meeting you and Christy!
    See ya,

yes and no. I don't think she will play pro women in events with one or no other pro women. In that case she will probably play rec or int men depending on the size of the division. I think she is done with the am womens division now. Allmost undefeted last year in advanced women, finishing 5th at worlds.
    thanks!

She won intermediate in 08 then advanced by a crazy amount of strokes in 09. It would have been unfair for her to play advanced again.
I saw a Gazelle at a local disc shop yesterday. Let me know if you want it and I'll get it out to you. I think it was like $8. I have no idea how hard they are to find.
Hey man. I responded to your request for dying, just let me know if I can help....
april 10 & 11, all divisions offered. Rec & int play 3 rounds. advanced & pro play 4. Local texas clubs set up booths "girly stations" on the courses and things I have seen in the past are, fresh fruit, burgers, hotdogs, cold drinks, CTP discs, FTP (farthest) discs, raffles for baskets. 78 womens attended in 09 & 68 in 08. Still my favorite event and I don't even get to play.
If your lady is into tournaments the Texas Women's Championship in Round Rock (Austin) is a must play event.
Some of my DX's are Ontario, but they have specialty stamps. They seem more stable than the other DX's. Somewhere between 9 and 10X they must have changed.
Found this gem...brings me up to 3 11X and 2 9X and misc DX. Now I need a 12 step program. I just noticed that some of my DX ones were made in the Ontario mold...they are really stable, as much as the 11X.
