Review by BrickE in course Downriver DGC

2.50 star(s) Duck and Cover Downriver disc golf course is set along the Spokane River and it is beautiful. The players at this course were friendly and helpful, quick to point a first timer in the right direction. The holes were both challenging and fun with a good variety of holes. I really liked the tee...

1.50 star(s) Potential Greatness This is a fun course that has potential. There is a great variety of shots with dog legs to both the left and the right. There are some nice long holes that offer the chance to really open up with your drive which is a nice change on the Southern Oregon Coast specifically...

    Looking for suggestions or drivers.

Thanks for the input everyone - I grabbed a lighter disc out of my bag today and was able to pick up about 40 ft. I am going to picj up a lighter Buzz and work on throwing it for a while.

I would say im landing in the 225 range. I don't think that I need a next step as much as I need a better first step. I get a really wild drive once and a while that goes further.

So, I am looking for the right driver for a guy like me at this point in time. Currently I am getting the best results out of an Orc and a Wild Cat. I can throw alright thumbers with my avenger, and I could't throw my Nuke SS unless I am trying to hook around a tree at close range. I am...

    Eugene Area on Monday!

I am going to be in the Eugene, Oregon area on Monday 5/28/2012 and was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping out a new guy up his game. I have played Westmoreland before but would be willing to travel to any course in the Eugene area to get a little coaching on Monday morning...

    Oregon Road Trip, Woot!!!

Thanks I appreciate all of the in put! Taking to the guys about how aggressive they would like to schedule to be. I wouldn't take them to Bryant without setting things up with a guide as I played the first 9 last week and it gets pretty hard to find your way around in the woods that and we...

    Oregon Road Trip, Woot!!!

All, but if there are clusters of greatness it would definitely lower driving time and up playing time. Whistlers Bend is close enough for me to hit on a week - end or at the end of the trip on the way home. I live on the southern Oregon coast.

    Oregon Road Trip, Woot!!!

So, I am looking for opinions on Oregon's top disc golf courses for 2 or three day trip that so of the guys want to take to explore some more of the courses in Oregon. I am looking for advice on which courses you wouldn't want to miss if you could go spend 2 or 3 days doing nothing but throwing...

Review by BrickE in course Willamette Park

3.00 star(s) Great course, great fun.. This might be the best course that I have ever played. The grass is cut, the brush is under control. The holes are not repetitive, which makes this course non stop fun from beginning to end. The people were friendly enough and there were not a lot of people who were...

Review by BrickE in course Winsor Park

3.00 star(s) Home Sweet Home The course is pretty clean. It makes you think through every shot as there are a lot of trees and terrain changes. Houses with dogs on the east side of the course can transform your new disc into a chew toy. This is a course worth checking out and is by far the best laid out...
