I'd probably mop up Rec and my buddies wouldn't let me hear the end of it. I really want to test my mettle but most of all, I want to finish ahead of my crew
Not sure.
I actually prefer to watch some top pros tear up the course.
Last year I was able to see Brian Scweberger, Jeremy Koling, Justin Jernigan and others play. I pretty much just followed the lead group for both days.
My buddies want me to play, but I haven't made up my mind yet. If my best buddy plays, I probably will.
I'll definitely be out for most of the play.
You coming to play??
Oh cool, it's an 18! I guess I assumed it would be a 9 holer, judging from the map. I'm surprised that the city allowed a course to be on there. Well... Is it going to be on the Island part, or inland?
Yeah, that's about the way it is here. Only it's Dicks Sporting Goods. I want to replace The Star Sidewinder I lost, but I have to use my "Mad Money". (The cash that she doesn't know I have! ) I'm still trying to lock in a day when I can get up there to Play Castle Hayne. When does the new course open up?
Thank you Sir! No I can't, I seen he was coming! I'd love to, but we are going to be traveling on Thursday to the other side of the state, so I have to save the Gas. According to the map, it's 80 miles from my house. (I live in Murrells Inlet) I will make it up there sometime, probably next month sometime. So close, yet so far! rrrrh! There are a couple of courses I'm going to try and hit while I'm traveling, I might hit The Sarge again. (Always fun!) and a little course that is reviewless and pictureless.
Okay, I just looked up on the map. Nice! Is it up and running yet? Georgetown County is installing 4 new parks, the director is working on having DG courses put in on all of them! The Current course, East Bay Park, was designed as a temp course so the County could see how well it would do. I've heard they got the green light!
Nothing really worth driving out of your way for, but we have two. Tupelo Bay, Pay to play (10 for 18, 7$ for 9) It's on a lighted Par 3 Ball Golf Course. Then we have another East Bay park in Georgetown, SC. Both Small 9 holers. I've been itching to get up and play Castle Hayne and the Bill Smith park. (In fact I'm trying to get up there this week) Hopefully! It's close enough it's accessible, but just far enough to consider the Gas mileage! lol I live in Murrells Inlet, South of Myrtle.
Hey, I just read where you said they are building another course up near you. I'm down in Myrtle Beach. Where are they building it at?
Do you ever get down this way?
