i figured that wasnt the case. I drive by it every day on my way to work and they looked considerably smaller than that. I havent played since they put them in. Probably tomorrow though.
Just got this off the inthecolony forums from another member. Don't know how valid it is but if its true I'm stoked
A new family 9 hole would be really cool.
I plan on playing tocobaga and cliff stephens. They are rated up there with the best and I figured that would be the place to play. I'll be there from mon-fri in two weeks.
Are these the best courses to play? I'm an amateur with a 300ft drive. I have a problem keeping the disc low on backhand...
I noticed the other day that the big dip on hole 3 had been filled in with dirt (not very well but its a start)
Haven't played in about 2 weeks as I did something godawful to my hip out at Turner. Lol, wifey said she wouldnt take care of me if I hurt myself going out too soon.
per my other thread...
My destroyer landed on top of that guy. Took him home, realized he was a common snapper and returned him to the park in the same spot i found him.
I have yet to see any snakes at my course but there are literally thousands of snake holes.
ACK!! facebook connect on vbulletin is such a bi*** to administrate. I have dealt with it on another forum I am the administrator for and its absolutely horrible. Sometimes it works great, others it screws everything up and you cant get it off your apps page.
I ask because I had planned on going to my home course and playing a few rounds but the wind is s @ 29mph so decided to stay home and play Call of Duty where wind is not an issue.
Whats the biggest wind you will play in if you are just having fun?
anyone ever used the aeropod from blackjaxsports? If they dont affect flight too much they would be really cool. Ive used the beacons once and they didnt seem to affect too much but if you lose a disc in brush you are SOL...
My in law's own 88 acres out near corsicana and I am REALLY trying to get them to let me build a course out there. They never even go on most of the land. I'm a pretty new DG player so if I can convince them I might need some help in designing a decent course.
